Covid-19 Response Update
on our Health and Safety Plan

At the Chiropractic Center of Cherry Hill, we are committed to helping the families in our communities we serve in both good times and bad. We have already taken a number of steps in support of our staff and guests. We continue to keep our services and health advice open to the public, mandated by governor Phil Murphy.

Telemedicine

While we are all practicing social distancing, our office is participating in telemedicine. Telemedicine is a way we can connect to the patients in our community using Doxy.me. Doxy.me is a more secure form of video chat so that we may connect to patients through the Internet without sharing your personal information while still compliant with the Hippa law. Some insurances have been approved with no co-pay or deductibles. Call us to confirm if your insurance allows this.

In-person Appointments

Like many others, we’re taking guidance from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Making sure we follow all Covid-19 office policies. When coming into the office for an appointment expect…

  • Temperature checks – CDC information advises anyone with a temperature of 100.4°F or greater will not be permitted into the office and is advised to stay home due to fever.

  • Health questionnaire – Our health questionnaire is a precautionary step required to enter the office. (See Health Questionnaire)

  • Increased cleanliness – We sanitize the office as well as the office equipment after every patient. All tables, door knobs, and chiropractic devices are cleaned numerous times a day.

  • Mask and increased hand washing – All staff members, patience, and anyone who comes into the office must be wearing a protective face mask. All staff are also required to wash hands at the top of every hour and when switching to new activities and tasks.

  • Monitoring and metering guest waiting room – To support social distancing we do not currently have an active waiting room. We only accept one patient in our waiting room area and patient is brought back as quickly as possible.

Important information for patients

  • Please make sure you check your temperature before leaving the house.

  • Please do not leave your house or come to the office without a form of protective face wear.

  • Please show up on time so that we may continue to practice social distancing while switching from appointment to appointment.

  • Please use the provided hand sanitizer at the entrance when entering and leaving the office.

During this time, we will continue to do all we can to help navigate through these uncertain events.
